The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Shawn Keough-Hartz CHBME founded Provider Resources Inc. in 2003. PRI is also certified through the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, and the National Women’s Business Owners Corporation as a woman-owned business enterprise. Ms Keough-Hartz has been in the coding and billing industry since 1986 and guides the company through the ever-changing times of health care through recognizing the complexity of the industry. PRI’s mission is to support the health care community through providing strong, efficient, educated staff and innovative problem solving processes.
PRI is a company committed to building trust-based partnerships with clients. PRI, recognizing the complexity of healthcare, is dedicated to supporting the health care community with billing and compliance issues through education and efficient, innovative processes. While traditionally, PRI was a billing company, we found we had the passion and desire to make a difference in healthcare. It was and remains our belief that the best way to make a difference is to instill integrity into the system, on all levels, and we have developed the programs that would benefit all medical providers, insurance carriers, and governmental agencies.
Our PRI team is comprised of a variety of healthcare experts. Collectively, our diverse backgrounds provide the necessary expertise to support educational opportunities accomplished through total conference & management services. PRI has subject matter expertise that includes federal compliance and auditing; the criminal & civil investigative processes; questions of medical necessity; accurate coding in medical billing; and both qualitative & quantitative analyses of complex data. We believe these areas of expertise are essential to, and consistent with, our goal of reinfusing integrity into our nation's healthcare system.
